Reservation and Payment
A deposit of $500 per person is required to secure your reservation. If your trip is departing within 90 days then full payment is required to secure your reservation. Full payment is required 120 days from departure for groups.
Payment methods accepted include check, money order, or PayPal deposit in US dollars.
Final payment in full must be made 90 days prior to departure, 120 days for groups, or there will be a late payment fee of $50 added to your account, per traveler. In some cases you may be denied access to the trip until full payment is made.
Cancelation and Refunds
If you cancel your reservation for any reason you must do so in writing. A minimum administrative fee of $200 will be deducted from your refund. The penalties for canceling are shown below. If you do not show up for the tour you signed up for, you forfeit the entire deposit and trip fees.
The cancelation fee is based on the first date of your tour, and is a percent of the full tour cost, per person. All cancelations will be charged a $200 administrative fee if canceling prior to 90 days of your tour, 120 days for groups. If you are cancelling your tour you must do so prior to 90 days, 120 days for groups, from the first day of your tour to receive a full refund, minus the $200 administrative fee.
Special note about groups. Since it takes much more planning to create a unique itinerary, and planning must be done sooner, the payment and cancelation policies are slightly different. Please refer to the chart below.
